Further information
A guide will welcome you in the Aia of the Antica Masseria and will lead you on a visit to the entire company: breeding of the animals that produce milk, the dairy where local excellences are produced, the organic vegetable garden and the consecrated rock chapel of the early nineteenth century.
The Tour is enriched by the direct experience in the ancient oven: the "bakers" show in this magical place how to make handmade pasta in the different typical Apulian shapes or to roll up taralli. Then it's up to the guests to get their hands on !.
The visit ends with a "taste tour" served in the Masseria's restaurant with: cheese platter (fresh and aged), salami, friselle, vegetables in oil, bread and taralli all at Km 0.
Included for guests a glass of house wine of their choice (red, white, rosé), water and soft drinks.
