You will visit a Bio Agriturismo overlooking the beautiful beach of the Baia dei Turchi in Otranto, in an oasis of peace, along one of the most evocative stretches of Salento, in southern Puglia.
The estate, in the center of the wonderful vineyard and the modern wine cellar, offers its guests emotional experiences and warm hospitality. You will walk in the vineyard separated from the sea only by a thin line of Mediterranean scrub, where the company grows Primitivo, Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera, Aleatico and Fiano, bringing to fruition the first important labels of the company.
After the walk in the vineyard we will discover the newly built cellar which is arranged on 2 levels, ground floor and basement floor. The first houses a small showroom and a laboratory, as well as a room of about 180 square meters where the refrigerated steel tanks used to refine the wines are located.
On the external terrace there is a rotating tank of 100 quintals used for the fermentation of red wines. In the basement there is the barrel cellar of about 100 square meters for the aging of the wine in wood. This environment is also kept at an adequate temperature and humidity. You will conclude the visit with the tasting of 4 labels accompanied by a Light Lunch for at least 8 people.
Possibility for a fee to use the Tenuta's outdoor swimming pool with solarium area equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds to be booked with the tasting
