Further information
A guide will welcome you in the Ancient Masseria's Hague and will lead you on a tour of the entire company: breeding the animals that produce milk, the ancient oven, the organic garden and the consecrated rock chapel from the early nineteenth century.
The tour is enriched by direct experience in the dairy: a "master cheese maker", while operating in the dairy, is entirely dedicated to the guests, teaching how to weave mozzarella and close burrata.
Once the lesson is over, who volunteers?
The visit ends with a "taste tour" served in the Masseria's restaurant with: cheese platter (fresh and seasoned), salami, friselle, vegetables in oil, bread and taralli all at Km 0.
Included for guests a glass of house wine of their choice (red, white, rosé), water and soft drinks.
