We will visit one of the most beautiful villages in Italy that we will reach along one of the most beautiful cycling routes in Puglia up to a prestigious salami factory for a tasting.

Starting from Locorotondo we head towards Cisternino and we cross a stretch of Valle d'Itria along one of the main arteries of the territory's cycling routes: the Figazzano-Galante section of the Apulian Aqueduct Cycle Route, which offers a breathtaking view of the landscape and, before reaching its destination, passes by the Ashram Bhole Baba of the babaji community, testimony of the cult and the deep bond that binds this land to nature.

Once we reach the foot of the village, we go up towards the historic center for a walk through the alleys of the capital of the "bowler": the square with the Clock Tower, the pine forest with panoramic terraces, the church dedicated to San Nicola and the view over the Itria Valley from balcony of Piazza Garibaldi.

Leaving the center, we then head to Contrada Marinelli: on the way back, the itinerary includes a tasty tasting stop at a prestigious salami factory, which is "a family before a company", where you can savor the flavors of the cooking tradition and touch the experience of the master butchers who, joining with modernity, celebrates the love for the territory. We return to Locorotondo.
