Guests will be able to appreciate the landscape and the local historical-architectural heritage thanks to a visit to the vineyard and the ancient "Masseria" - built in 1700 and a typical example of local architecture. In particular, you will appreciate the evocative indigenous vineyards of Minutolo, Verdeca, Bianco d'Alessano and Susumaniello, the soul of the wines that will subsequently be told and tasted.
The visit will be guided and will illustrate the vineyards and the current and complex processing of the production line.
In about 1 hour and 30 minutes, guests will have the opportunity to get to know a winemaking reality in its entirety and taste the wines directly in the cellar accompanied by taralli, typical friselline with tomato and basil, olives, dried broad beans.
