Discover the local tradition and the tasty side of Puglia by visiting a dairy that produces delicious mozzarella, the famous burrata and the typical caciocavallo.
With a master cheesemaker you will learn all the secrets about local production techniques and traditions. You will visit the underground maturation cave where cheeses are stored for perfect maturation. We will move to the breeding of cattle used for milk production: you will be able to see how they live and how they are cared for. The nursery where newborn babies receive special treatment is beautiful.
Now is the time to taste! Conclude the tour with a rich tasting of mozzarella, burrata, fresh ricotta, caciocavallo, salami and Capocollo di Martina Franca.
All accompanied by bread, taralli and frize and local wine.
